CANCELLATION OF ORDERS/RETURNS
We process orders as soon as it is received. Unfortunately this means we are unable to cancel your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we detect fraudulent activity.
Given that each of our garments is individually handmade to order in Ghana, our policy entails providing in-store credit instead of traditional refunds. We strongly recommend customers uncertain about their size to contact us prior to making a purchase. We are delighted to tailor the garment to your specific measurements, including bust, waist, and hip dimensions.
If you receive a damage item/s we will gladly exchange the product for something else on our website that is of equal or greater value. Customer also has the option to return for store credit. Please let us know immediately of any damages to the product.
Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Given that each of our garments is individually handmade to order in Ghana, we are unable to exchange items if the wrong size is selected by the customer. However, we are more than happy to assist and respond quickly to any questions or concerns regarding sizing before you make your purchase. To ensure the best fit, please feel free to leave your bust, waist, and hip measurements in the note section during checkout.
In the event of an exchange, a nominal fee of $26 will be applied to cover the costs associated with reshipping and reprocessing. This fee will be deducted from the total amount paid, and the remaining balance will be issued via a gift card. This policy is in place due to our commitment to providing complimentary free shipping on your initial purchase. Unfortunately, exchanges are not eligible for free shipping.
Additionally, the reprocessing fee is necessary to uphold the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our handmade garments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the standard of excellence that we strive to deliver.
Our customer support team is readily available to assist you throughout the exchange process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. We understand that circumstances may arise, and we are here to help make your exchange as convenient as possible.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return/exchange.

All purchases from the clearance section are final sale and cannot be returned.
