We do our very best to describe and display product items as accurately as possible. By purchasing on the site customer acknowledges that they were informed and have viewed ALL photos associated with item/s that was purchased. Customer also acknowledges that product description, shipping times, and fabric print was viewed and read. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if customer neglects to view/read product description and photos that explicitly contains all necessary information. 


Ready To Wear garments are available for immediate dispatch as we hold them in stock. Ready to Wear/Ready to Ship process within 1-3 business days.

Made to Order garments are shipped within 7-21 business days from the date the order is placed unless a specific time frame is otherwise stated in the product description. Orders typically take less than 7-21 business days to be completed depending on the current volume of orders. All garments are processed and shipped during business days excluding weekends and holidays. Please note processing times and shipping time are not the same.

Once your order is shipped, customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
Once the package has been dropped off with delivery service, we are no longer have control over it. The delivery service now becomes liable for its delivery. EzClothin is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping address (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase the the address we will ship the package). 

By purchasing through you acknowledge and accept our delivery and shipping terms/policy. In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen please call  the DHL office at 1-800-225-5345. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with DHL and the driver enroute will investigate.


All orders will be shipped using UPS or DHL (estimated shipping time: 4-5 business days). All items are mainly shipped directly from Ghana and on occasions from the United States. Please note that the customer is fully responsible for any or all potential custom fees.


We process orders as soon as it is received. Unfortunately this means we are unable to cancel your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we detect fraudulent activity. 

Due to all of our garments being hand made to order in Ghana, we have a no refund policy. We advise all customers who are unsure of their size to contact us in advance before placing their order. We can also make the garment in your exact size given your bust, waist and hip measurement. This is considered to be "custom" order. Custom orders are not eligible for refunds or exchange because the item will be altered/customized to fit you.

If you receive a damage item/s we will gladly exchange the product for something else on our website that is of equal or greater value. Customer also has the option to return for store credit. Please let us know immediately of any damages to the product.

Customer has up to 7 days from the day they receive the item to return it. Items returned after 7 days will not be accepted. The customer must seek an exchange approval. If the customer did not receive an approval, the items will be returned back to the customer. 
If order is approved for return, the order must be in the original state it was received. Item must not have been worn, washed, or altered. Item must be returned with all tags, once removed, item is no longer exchangeable.

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
