We do our very best to describe and display product items as accurately as possible. By purchasing on the site customer acknowledges that they were informed and have viewed ALL photos associated with item/s that was purchased. Customer also acknowledges that product description, shipping times, and fabric print was viewed and read. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if customer neglects to view/read product description and photos that explicitly contains all necessary information. 


READY TO WEAR items are processed and ready to be shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Ready to wear items are shipped via U.S Postal Service Priority Mail.

USPS Priority Mail delivers within 5-7 business days ($8.99)

USPS Expedited Mail guaranteed next day delivery (all express packages are shipped the same day if payment have cleared and order is placed before noon) ($30)

Free shipping for domestic orders over $150

Tracking number will be sent to email once item has been shipped.

CUSTOM MADE (aka MADE TO ORDER/ PRE-ORDER) items are made one by one and hand sewn when you place your order therefore it’s processed within 7-21 business days (excludes weekends and holiday). This does not include shipping period. Orders can take 2-4 weeks to be completed depending on the current volume of orders.

Please note paying for express shipping for pre-order item/s does not mean processing times will lessen.

After going through processing time your item/s will be shipped via DHL.

Billing and shipping address must be the same.

Signature confirmation is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you’re not available, please report to your local USPS Office to claim your package. 


Please note that EzClothin ships all international packages “Delivery Duties Unpaid”. This means all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by EzClothin and is the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Seiko Blvd, we will not reship the package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee). 

USPS Priority Mail Int’l to Canada takes 7-14 business days ($30). 

USPS Priority Mail Int’l to United Kingdom takes 7-14 business days ($40). 

USPS Priority Mail Int’l to all other countries takes 7-14 business days ($40). 

EzClothin is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping address (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase the the address we will ship the package). 

By purchasing through you acknowledge and accept our delivery and shipping terms/policy. In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen please call your local USPS office at 1-800-ASK-USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with USPS and the driver enroute will investigate.

If you receive a damage item/s we will gladly exchange the product for something else on our website that is of equal or greater value. Customer also has the option to return for store credit. Please let us know immediately of any damages to the product.
Customer has up to 7 days from the day they receive the item to return it. .  Items returned after 7 days will not be accepted. The customer must seek an exchange approval. If the customer did not receive an approval, the items will be returned back to the customer. 
Please read the item/s description and measurements carefully  BEFORE  purchasing, as we do not accept returns. If unsure, please refer to our size chart or contact us. If customer does not find an item to exchange, they will receive store credit.
If item/s is approved for return, the item/s must be in the original state it was received. Item must not have been worn, washed, or altered. Item must be returned with all tags, once removed, item is no longer exchangeable.

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.

Pre-order item/s are not returnable or exchangeable.

Any discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.
